What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller and you must contact and/or consult the original sellers terms for returns individually.

Items with FREE Return Shipping

These items usually contain a free return shipping method.

  • Baby Items
  • Shoes
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)

Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you need to return huge or bulky item which was delivered by a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you throughout the returns process and will have you contact our specialized customer support team, which may schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To ensure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address along with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that inside the returned package. Should the original packaging still is available, return an item in this particular packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you may call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
